How Can nausea And Vomiting Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

Okay so bare with me. I been throwing up everything I eat for the last couple of days. And even drinking water or anything make me nauseous after 15 min. Of drinking or eating it and I haven t been able to eat for over a week now. I don t feel dizzy or anything this is not normal im not hungry enough to eat that I feel like I can go days without eating or drinking anything?? What s going on with me?? Help please!

Hello! Are you overweight? are you trying to lose weight? Because if you thing you have gained too much weight you may have bulimia, you eat and then feel guilty and throw it up.
